I don't know what committed(almost proprietory?) 134 car loop track unit trains have done to freight rates.
All I know is I'm hauling further, into a more efficient grain handling system than before the rail and elevator consolidation occurred.

World S/U? Whose got what? Are there plenty of exportable stocks, Are importers covered? Until when? How were the crops of grain growing Nations who still need to import? Lots of factors.

IMHO mood is a good way to describe price direction at this time.
When the buyer expects to pay more tomorrow the price will go up.
China likes to control the mood.
Not sure they are able to at this point.
