When you run out of logical answers this is what you have to revert to.

Any time you want to take a drive to eastern Manitoba your welcome to visit my farm.

Just because I don't post picture like you constantly do on Agriville doesn't mean I'm not a farmer. In fact many Agrivillers don't post pictures, so I guess their not farmer either.

Maybe the farm groups should be lobbying for a CEBA like program ...zero interest for two years and a 25 to 30 percent grant at the end...as a taxable benefit ...then go on with using normal accounting practices...

CEBA wasn't designed for farmers ...it was designed for coffee shops...

Give farmers a responsible program that reflects their operation ...sort of look at it as a program that acknowledges the contribution to the economy farmers make ....

You guys know who is keeping the railways working? Big part of the economy....

Instead the government is looking at a program for airlines that may not recover for a long time....companies that have shareholders that dont want the losses...so they will capitalize the gains in previous years to the shareholders and socialize the losses to the taxpayer during the pandemic...

Meanwhile I am still spending to grow a crop...helping the economy....haven't been on a plane for a decade but I still get to buy a ticket through my taxes...

If any of my drivel makes sense this morning

Disclaimer : I read the AG committe report ...its phucking garbage and your conservative MPs should know that...

You must be fun at family gatherings.

I'm just stating most farmers don't get what is happening and eventually western Canadian Ag will be like Ukraine and Russia use to be. They will be what we could have been if farmers weren't so asleep at the wheel and did nothing just laid down and gave up and followed the Great Reset.

i will say one thing , crop ins sure treated us fair when we lost a third of our ac to that july hail storm , there was some luck that crops were what they were , where they were, just horseshit luck on our part tho, can see where it would be not as good for a BTO
they were very fair , we have never tried to screw them or them us .have a great long term relationship
we buy hail and crop ins , no way ag stab in the back would ever give us SFA

Because everyone knows the multiple companied farms are doing just that...locally a father son had a falling out and they both reported each other to crop insurance for the scam they were pulling...nothing happened to them...it was fraud.....

We usually dont talk farming at family gatherings because I don't have out-laws in my immediate family who farm.

                        I get my fix here.

What I do find amusing is when we get into the Aunt, Uncles and Cousin gatherings and the farming conversations with me always end up highlighting the So-and-so BTO. who they deliver fuel, NH3, etc to in an attempt to make you feel "small", oddly enough some of those relatives never made it farming or aren't doing as good as you.
And to stay on topic......even though they collected crop insurance....LMFAO.
