From my observation, those reported numbers may actually be exponentially lower than real, actual cases. There are a lot of people who presently range from asymptomatic, to having symptoms ranging from a mild cold to a very few hospitalizations.
This round seems far less severe than the "first wave".
But here's the thing - everywhere you go, people are wearing masks. Are masks doing anything to stop the spread?
And to top it all off, the top doc at University Hospital in London, ON, just gave his staff a big, public blast for so many of them catching the WuFlu.
Yes, you read that correctly - the top doctor just called out the hospital workers for getting sick with a highly contagious illness - he said it is "unacceptable". As if they've been out there cavorting with the devil.
Isn't that kinda like chastising front-line soldiers for taking an enemy bullet?
But the good news is this - if actual cases may be 5 - 10 times as high as reported, that should be seen as a positive. It would mean that the illness is far less of a danger for most than we are being led to believe by popular propaganda, and that herd immunity may be much closer than we realized.
So, if certain segments of society have higher rates of infection but subsequently develop natural immunity, should they be vaccinated?
And if they are not vaccinated, what if their immunity turns out to be stronger than those who take the needle?
Bottom line - the last chapter of this story is a long way from being written and is guaranteed to contain a lot of twists - some really ugly ones.
