Liberals and lemonade... A young lady close to me had a scholarship to a very expensive business school in London Ontario. One class exercise was a lemonade stand to see which group could make the most money. On day two of the contest a text came from the prof, for the duration of the contest there was to be absolutely no use of transport to another city, it could only take place in London as the school had cleared it with the city. There were a few class mates whose families had access to planes. Three groups used private planes to leave London. Two groups went to Toronto one targeted Ottawa. One group was ticketed in Toronto for not having a vendor permit. Now I don’t know the kids personally but these particular families have liberal ties. That they would think that adding a plane to a different city(they argued the market in London was saturated with lemonade stands and therefore to sell there was a bad business model) would somehow be economical and win the contest and a good mark may say a lot.
