                      Correctimundo Beaverdam, history repeats, again and again. It works the other way too. One time, long ago I bought a junky house trailer that was attracting unsavories. I then advertised it for immediate removal at a firesale price. There was no interest at all. So I raised the price to thousands and almost instantly got scads of calls. It was gone within 10 days and the buyer was happy as.......
