Ah Friday what a fun week in Canada. I really am feeling better and enjoying the Warm days outside.

Started watching a great show Yellowstone. We need more John Duttons. I love that area of Montana we travel there lots.

My dad turned 92 and looked at the temp the year he was born it was -6 in our area. So yea in almost a 100 years you see nothing has really changed. We have cold bad cold days and really warm days throughout recorded history. Climate change is a hoax.

Try finding a year or two year old Air drill. wow most are sold out. Bourg has a waiting list for guys who might not take the one they ordered.

We have Skippy giving vaccines to Jail birds. Granny isn't getting none unless she kills gramps and then she is good she gets locked up and vaccinated. Oh she is locked up now so no big deal.

Skippy gave money to foreign airlines to help workers out. Yea we don't need a budget in Canada or a checks and balance just let him keep playing.

Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 oz Partida Añejo
6 oz hot chocolate
.5 bar spoon ancho chili powder
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add ancho chili and a pinch of ground cinnamon and stir until they are mixed in. Pre-heat a hot toddy glass or mug with hot water. Pour out the hot water. Add spiced hot chocolate to heated glass, add the 2 oz of Partida Añejo and stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Farmer code of practice.....this bullshit has the same M.O. as the seed tax....engage farmers at the end point and when they start asking for better answers ...they will put it on the back burner....

Lets say a farmer grows grain to the code of practice...lets look at peas...everything done right from the seed treatment , seeding date, in crop spraying and pre harvest and correct bin for storing....all environmentally approved....


Then the end user ( India ) say canada has to use an environmentally unfriendly fumigant before we can sell them product...

It sort of defeats the purpose?????

Or a better one grow a 1CWAD deliver with all the required protocols for your farm in place and the grain co blends it at the west coast with a 5CWAD to make a 3CWAD because that is what the end user (Italy ) wants....and the spreads on blending make the graincos money....

There is an article in the Western Producer with a guy named Joel Peru that say you get better yields from irrigation ....and they gave that guy a degree from a university....his mother must have been so proud of him when passing kindergarten....HF...

The article goes on to say how much more farmers grew under a pivot....

I will say this....if someone was picking up 40 dollars an acre of my expenses every year my yields might improve as well...funny though how irrigators cant afford to irrigate without government support even with these out of the ballpark yields....just wondering...

They have to tile drain a lot of the proposed irrigation area on the Quappelle south project. ...it's just stupid....on dryland capable of 70plus BPA of durum....

I dont know .....there is an Indigenous player in Yellowstone highlighting some of their problems and successes...
