Might remind them that bean growers quit using it generations ago as R to R didn't add up.

Basically 0 subsoil moisture in our area....spending will be at a minimum for this guy.

Bought our phos fr $600 in November.

All fert bought and paid for early winter. Canola seed booked and some of it paid for similar time frame. Spoke with fert dealer today, N and P up drastically since then. Sometimes even a blind squirrel finds a nut.
All crop still in bins unpriced.
Still kicking myself for selling most of multiple years of stored canola in late summer.

Booked Fertilizers and Chemicals in August, always been the same, best buy is when demand is low. N & S are in the DRY soil, Phos is home, frozen in bin. Looks like the Fertilizer/Chem/Seed price increases since then more than make up for diff in earlier canola pricing....as wife says it's all about averages. Needs, insignificant, wants...as can be afforded. Have to enjoy SOMETHING you don't need! Like an older fellow once said, "I didn't see a new tractor in the swaths". Unfortunately iron wears out and is advancing technologically, very desirable, it's like a DRUG, we NEED it.

Pattison here has that amount sold and then some. Threw big money at their current customers for once.

Yellow dealership has 25 sold. Imagine they have some big discounts too, cause if the X9 pans out, alot will be back green.

The only combine to buy, imagine its been sold out for months anyways. All $16 canola woulda done is made them buy 2....

In the end the dealers will sit on overpriced used stock. Farmer Joe will buy at ritchies this fall for $80k less....
