The liberal's decided early to purchase vaccine from CanSino, a China company, but were unable to anticipate the risk involved, even though the Chinese government has a history of retaliation by the detaining of the two Michael's.

So when the Chicoms halted vaccine shipments, the liberal gov't was left scrambling like a hung over university student who slept in on exam day.

Probably just a coincidence that I used that analogy, but they both get another F.
