Has one politician even recognized what the phuck is going on in western canada farmland.
Cattle guys are going to take a shitkicking again...I have a few cows but the guys that earn their living from cows are going to be decimated...
A payment doesnt help if there is no feed anywhere in North America....
Sure they can graze for a while longer but it kicks the shit out of their pastures as well....then what????
Ignorance on the part of politicians is astounding.

Not even remotely close here, except the one day it was only two degrees cooler then they forecast. The rest was four to six degrees cooler. Thankfully.

A hot day in some low lying trapped area in the mountains probably with an inversion in the mix got worked up into the end of the world.
Sounds like some scare mongering climate cult narrative being written in for the masses.
Still didnt touch the record at Midale.

Here in nw sk we had actually a lot of rain from end of May till later middle June. Tap has turned off since and canola is mediocre to dreadful. Cereals hanging on but need a drink. Hay is horrible. Any smartass marketeer whom thinks we are rolling in the chips come fall should be publicly shamed and discredited. Could be worth $100 but $100 per bu of f all is still f all. I’d consider our area more fortunate than the majority of the prairies, and it’s looking like a wreck on the way. Even if we get rain the damage is done and yields will be mediocre at best.
