          Just a light rain here at Regina so far. Melting as it hits.

              Not a flake here. ETA. I spoke too soon. Snowing rabbit pelt sized flakes right now.

                  About three inches. I find new snow doesn’t melt when it hits the existing snow. They were saying most would melt when it hit the ground. Ground? What’s ground?
