    Covid Long Haulers

Research is now showing 10% of those contracting covid will have long lasting medical problems, regardless of age or severity of the disease. This is striking even those who tested positive for antibodies yet never had symptoms.
"Researchers estimate about 10% of COVID-19 patients become long haulers, according to a recent article from The Journal of the American Medical Association and a study done by British scientists. That’s in line with what UC Davis Health is seeing. This condition can effect anyone – old and young, otherwise healthy people and those battling other conditions. It has been seen in those who were hospitalized with COVID-19 and patients with very mild symptoms." https://health.ucdavis.edu/coronavirus/covid-19-information/covid-19-long-haulers.html https://health.ucdavis.edu/coronavirus/covid-19-information/covid-19-long-haulers.html

What an amazing natural virus this turned out to be. Its truly the jack of all trades in the virus world. it does everything. If you have an underlying condition, it kills you, but if you dont have any underlying conditions it gives you them after you contract it.

Lol. What about those folks who have developed psychotic conditions long before their covid infection? Plenty of those around.

Does it say if one should get a vaccine after the virus/long covid symptoms? Yes still thick cigarette smoke smell once in a while for me.

            All bullshit aside
A person who works with us has been sick 5 weeks , very sick
            Forty something
No joke , still can hardly breathe
Another guy here in his 50’s was hooked up to a ventilator in saskatoon for a week
            Neither had underlying conditions
Its nothing to fu ck with

After all is said and done, there will be more done than said. Done means, "take the shot", which includes the malicious detractors on this site. Sorry, TSIPP, just being judgmental!

April 02, 2021 for my potentially lifesaving shot. I choose that over drowning, long hauling, and the risk of being chipped by Elon Musk and all that jazz.

That's exactly what my family Dr. said take seriously, and be smart.

Snow all gone, and are you dry?

                  Maybe Gates is chipping us?

Seriously do we NEED a vax if recovered/or long covid?

Not like flu. It affects entire nervous system and respiratory system. Covid vaccine may help long haulers in lessening effects and preventing variant infection
                    . Still more to learn.

We’re pretty decent here , snow 95% gone, but 6 ft deep in bush
Just dryer for the swamp than normal
Definitely enough to start a crop
Strange spring though , some ditches running some still full of snow pack
Looks like ponds will all fill
-14 here this morning , thaw on hold

My mother was sick with some type of virus 40+ years ago. Took years to recover(possibly still lingering side effects). She takes this risk seriously.
