How I read that is that it will take much longer for all the increased costs due to CO2 tax and increased regulations to filter through the chain. Fuel is immediate, but tires, repairs, oil changes, emissions system costs, might not be recognized for months or more. And all of their suppliers prices, as well as their office/shop/depot costs, new digital log books, Covid measures etc. All take a while.
