      So does this mean you are in favour of providing incentives and payments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions?

        The way the feds are going, the province won’t get any credits/offsets for clean coal. That was built and implemented before carbon tax liberal plan, no retroactive.

            canadas lakes - zero credit
            Canadas no til operation - zero credit
            Canadas farmland sequestration - no credit
            Canadas carbon capture - no credit
            Canadas natural gas - no credit

            Quebec hydro built off equalization - bingo we have a winner

              Dont forget the cement industry in Quebec being exempted....that's the biggest payment of all...an exemption is a subsidy....

              And that exemption requires others to offset it.
