And that exemption requires others to offset it.

The only thing is farmers are not being paid to sequester which is an ongoing exercise..
Every other industry that has done nothing to reduce their emissions will be given a government grant to do so and then be given credits after..
Farmers have done most of the reductions on their own dime.
This includes the investments in machinery and genetics and crop rotations.
