In Manitoba you just tell the cops your just picking up the necessities in life beer, pot, and pizzas and they wave you buy.

Did they actually have to pay the fine? It seems most fines levied are not being paid, nor is any authority ensuring they are being paid.

We live in the "sticks", nothing much happens...enjoy being isolated, safe from you name it. Fresh air, QUIET, simple, compared to 98% of Canada in cities.
