Now add a 21 yr old pre medical student in Ohio to the growing list of those who have passed away. Reality is that these unregistered vaccines are not without risk. A wise person would wait for more information at this point.

Going to be allot of wise dead people, but thats ok. Natural selection should weed out the antivaxers 😂 or they will sneak in and get a shot.
This thread should be interesting to read a couple years from now.

I will revisit the 1/20 hospitalization for covid video data. Not near the U-Tube set where data was presented in written format. Up in the air for now. Later.

                Reviewed it.

Direct quote was:"If you bear in mind that maybe 5% of people who needed hospitalization before who got infected, that's 1 in 20 isn't it. So what chance would you like to take, 1 in 20 of being hospitalized or 1 in 194,444. I know which one I'm going to take".

With 1 in 20 odds, I think I could win the hospitals of Regina home draw. Not so much with 1 in 194,444 odds. (I listen to you SF3).

                  I really like your woodlot.

For those who own them, two pieces of advice. Never turn your back on a woodpecker, and for gawd sake when you scratch your head, watch out for slivers!

Do you really want the link, or are you just looking for likes? I can give you a like, or if you will promise to review the video completely, I can give you the U-Tube link.

Friend phoned last evening (46). Just off isolation. Extended it for an extra 5 days beyond the ten, plus 2. Feels about 85% of normal. Initially tested negative, then displayed flu like conditions. Wife who had dr. appointment explained husband's symptoms. Sounds like covid, said dr. Needs a second test which came back positive. Has absolutely no idea how he caught it. Wife and his kid are now in quarantine for a further period as they were negative while he was positive.

Yes, so very rare. About as rare as cancer, and no one has had a family member ever experience that.

Vaccine available down to his age. Wants the shot, but doesn't know how soon they would give him one after covid.

I know math can be hard, for some.

                          This, just out from CDC.

Efficacy of vaccines: After 14 days of second dose of vaccine, 1 in 13,275 people get reinfected, 1 in 194,444 are hospitalized, 1 death/million.

Without vaccination:1 in 20 are hospitalized, or would you rather go with 1 in 194,444?

Damn details, but your free beetle!

Its this kind of BS that makes me even more sceptical, if I can be more sceptical.

                            WTF for?
His immunity is 100%,at least for awhile, better than a VAX, 80-95%. And hit your immunity again?

I don't get it. Isn't that all part of HERD immunity? ANTIBODIES how ever you get them?

If one is recovered, the antibody test should be given BEFORE any VAX.

Doctors should tell him "you are good", live!

Thats a scary story. How about another. BIL tested positive for covid prior to flying out for overseas work. No idea he had it, sent home to quarantine with 3 kids, wife and mother in law in tiny house. No symptoms developed, no transmission to family members. Tested all clear 2 weeks later and continued on his merry way.

You can find any story to confirm your bias, but stats dont lie. A yr later and the overall death and recovery rate is right where it has been all along. Sask is recording a death or two a day. Some days none.

Its no surprise that Canadas highest numbers are where international airports still accepting flights, Montreal, Toronto, calgary, vancouver. Canada is not only importing cases, its importing newly infected on route. And lets just point out the obvious, this isnt elderly snowbirds bringing it in from Florida and AZ.

Into the eyes people, how else? In the air, just real unlucky.
