The big picture is, if we get to 70% vaccinated restrictions will lift including church services. Simple enough concept for most rational people. The 2 fools in the story are helping to slow down progress to that goal. The big picture is clear, and black and white.
Neither pastor was seeking any fame. People were just exercising constitutionally guaranteed freedoms. (The charter of rights, you may have heard of it) In addition, the cops were violating section 176 of the criminal code of Canada which deals with interfering with a religious service. Check it out. So if the cops were not being thugs and left Pastor Artur alone, them you would of heard nothing of the matter. I am totally opposed to vaccine passports especially for experimental vaccines so making faith service dependent on taking experimental jabs is unconscionable and must be vehemently opposed.

Are you sure Pastor Jim Jones wasn't with them? There's a lot of KoolAid being drank here.

I might be too drunk for this conversation but the freedom in context concept always fascinating.
For example, addictive mind altering drugs ok. Guns not.

I was going to use that example but I'm already on too many "lists".

People need to stand for freedom. A few bucking the rules will make almost no difference on the road to solving the current issue. It’s not about religion, it’s about principal.
Taking freedoms runs much deeper, I really don’t think you see the big picture.
They'll see it soon enough but by then it will be most likely be too late. Now it's Christian preachers, Farmers are next.

              Heck, now I'm belly laughing.
Some day maybe we can send some down range and have a drink after.
Listening to AC DC drinking beer and ruminating on my life choices.

I hear you. I have a Sig Sauer 1911 Match Elite. It shoots better than I can shoot it. Beautiful trigger.

                      Tight like first night.
Wouldn't work dirty like a Tupperware gun but I do appreciate fine craftsmanship, and accuracy.

The big picture I see is a man made virus and no one really knows the answer to SFA how to manage this thing and it’s turning good people against each other.
Meanwhile the odd person is getting very sick and a few are dying from this made in China train wreck on the rest of the world . Then we have socialist governments all over rushing to push a great reset and climate agenda down our throats while we all grapple with the fall out .
                        That’s the big picture

Gotta just keep mouth shut, there is a tyranic front at work, bigger than all of us. Fly low. I am sure many churches are congregating, just Not shooting their mouths off. Tickets being issued at rallies, think they would issue everyone a ticket. Fly under the radar, citizens are vulnerable. When Trudeau envoked the war measures act in 1970 (I think), you could not go to your car to get some books. Lockdown was 7 or 8 p.m. and there were no questions asked, even at Saskatoon University Residence.

I would be much more interested in seeing property and buildings of all religious faiths pay their share of property taxes instead of hearing about this persecution. These folks really just enjoy playing the martyr anyway.

Kraut, I was informed that the reason they are exempt from paying their fair share on property tax is because they have been a welfare system, looking after the poor, needy and vulnerable. Lips are sealed. 🤐

Sounds like something a Liberal government in power in Ottawa would claim without releasing the full details of all the other stuff going on under the hood.
