What does everyone feel is driving this market? Evidence of the April frost starting to show up? Speculators? Continued wide spread dryness?

All of the above plus frosts last week as far as Iowa , Brazil drought , the table was set last week for this to happen.
Also the cupboards are bare in most exporting nations.
Markets are nervous, and they should be .

Very dry in HRS and durum growing areas in the USA. They missed the big rain we had a week back. We're forecast 33-35 this week, if they're dryer they'll be hotter. Combines should be rolling in Texas, maybe HRW yields are lower due to frost. Have to find a twitter with harvest results.

Oil/Energies are all up by multi digit percentages today. that always helps/

China is supposedly experiencing droughts and floods ( again) in crop production areas.

seems Kansas is a bit on the wet side with flooding in the standing crop.

Inflation is raging in all asset classes. Oil will be $100 in a yr and probably $300 in 3 yrs as the ESG funding black hole is slowly realized.
