I think farmers are waking up to what’s in that bill ...
Taking over private farmland the biggest concern

Restoring the prairie back to the days when the buffalo roamed here is going to involve moving the tree line a lot further north.

Just think of the tax he could charge on each tree - each year.

Yes yes yes!! So many do not know how far south the treeline has encroached the last 100 years. Something about keeping wildfires under control.

Saw the other day Regina has 500 thousand trees planted over the years on the streets and parks.
                    Just for perspective.

Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of trees planted around yardsites by farmers over the past hundred years. Thanks to Yerry closing Indian Head that's done. If Skippy and Co. want to save the planet why not restart the tree nursery? No - it's easier and more profitable to impose a stupid carbon tax.

Exactly. The duplicitous nature of crocodile tear environmental politicians doesn’t warrant practical and simple solutions to environmental problems. Easier to tax everyone and gain the spoils while allowing their friends to carry on. I’m a child of the 80’s and 90’s and I can say with lots of confidence in those times It did not seem we created near the garbage or waste on personal consumption people do today. Think with us giving our manufacturing away to China and other third world despots it cheapened goods up enough everyone could have the widgets they always desired and thusly waste increased. Screw the sanctimonious environmental bs and focus on bringing manufacturing back home. That will help our environment and domestic economy.
