Dark clouds building west of us.
    Hopefully nothing to severe.

Sonningdale colony have lots of damage on their bin setup. Rained real hard for 5 minutes south of Biggar. Lots of pea sized hail around but damage to crops should be minimal. 8 miles south, sun never stopped.

Pretty white Luseland and east. Not much for crop left, will be interesting if it comes back. Got some pics sent to me, not good for the stress levels I’d imagine....

Went for a little drive. Its not pretty at all. In the heart of the storm it shredded standing wheat stubble to just about nothing. Never seen anything like it in my life. Not this early.

Hearing much the same from several people
Some it’s like nothing was ever there
              Wheat 4-5 leaf ... disappeared
Canola 2-3 leaf gone in places
Hopefully you guys have some recover
Should know in 3 days if any new growth
All the best , that’s not a good situation
This spring has been stressful enough already

South of me about 20 miles it blew bins over, and even stripped the top layer off portions of the oiled road. Wild! Buddy says they're pushing 100% on 3/4+ of their total acres. 2/10ths here.

On a positive note, I had hail on hrs wheat the middle of June just after we had sprayed it. There was nothing left. Not a green leaf to be found, the crop came back and made an average yield. On the negative side the the weeds also came. If I remember correctly the wild millet and wild oats were the main culprits. As long as there was ample moisture with the ice there is still hope.
