Recent news report stated that 20% of illegals coming in are WuFlu positive.

That's not a problem, but some want to insist that legal, healthy residents flash their "FauxPort".

Welcome to the NWO where the left preaches that wrong is right and right is wrong.

Its going to be a glorious oil super cycle and Kenny can ride it to Lougheed heights if he grabs the bull now.
Where are all the experts that have already declared the oil industry dead.

Now with the constant attacks against oil, extra red tape, INCREASING DEMAND for oil how will the existing companies and infrastructure be valued?

Just read through this , and was reminded that many Western Canadians are just as “fed up” with the rest of Canada, as the Norwegians were fed up with Sweden.

The two Scandanavian cultures were one country, but the Norwegjans wanted their own language and culture. Maybe the Norwegians were disparaged similarily to how today’s ROC debases Western Canadians with trigger words: Rednecks. Half tons. Rodeo. Old white men. Colonialists. You know what they are.

One day, Norway held a vote to separate from Sweden. And it passed, so they took their counted vote over to the Swedish Parliament and formalized the request to separate

Sweden accepted rhe decision to separate, and worked with Norway for several years to facilitate the separation. Not a shot was fired No one died. And they continue to maintain a tolerant neighbourship as both independent countries individually grew, and flourished

          A good decision, it was.

Western Canada can and should also separate because Western Canadians have exceptiional
skills, are educated, have generational experience, and an awesome work ethic that will allow us to succeed.

Westerners seek independence from those who no longer share similar social constructs, customs and beliefs. There is a big rift in Canada’s institutional, political and cultural values.

The time has come to say goodbye. Pars

Will not happen smoothly like Norway and Sweden because those who can still think in central canuckistan know full well that without thefts of western wealth they are instantly in the third world. There are some there that know this. So this must be stopped no matter what even to the point of civil war. Any military hardware you see will be used against the separatists. Yes there are resources in Ontario and Quebec but then canuckistanians will have to do real job rather than government work. Can you imagine the horror.

Only about a dozen of yous on Agrisilly share Parlsey's brand of xenophobia, islamaphobia, bigotry and various other phobias mostly associated with mal contents. Meanwhile Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg are all full of the people she hates.

What happens if Notley and the NDP take Alberta again?

You going to start splitting up the rural and urban areas into separate states? LOL

Let the small number of mal contents fantasize about separation. Gives them something to do.

And if they get really impatient they can always head for Alabama or Arkansas where the politics will be more to their likin.

Do any of you wexiters ever leave the farm and get to the big western cities? I think you will find the views of residents of Winnipeg, Edmonton Saskatoon, Regina, and even Calgary are more closely aligned to the social values of eastern Canadians than the social conservative views expressed on this site. Agriculture will still face the same disregard, perhaps even more, do to the loss of the large numbers of relatively smaller eastern farms, the powerful dairy lobby. Percentage wise farmers in the west will even be more out numbered by the new western urban masters of a western government. Just look at voting percentages for NDP/liberal in western urban centres. Even Calgary elected a liberal MPs. Your dreaming if you think separation will give you more power in any way

Look up. The reason for separation went up there, over your head somewhere.

This isn't about social values ( except to a very small irrelevant minority who do more harm than good for the cause), it is about financial survival.

And no, farmers will never have any more power. It's not 1900 any more.

Financial Survival??? Albertans such as yourself, pay exactly the same federal tax rates as citizens in every other province. You are not penalized by paying a greater percentage of your income to the feds as anyone else making the same amount of income from another province. It is true incomes are higher in Alberta so more people are in a higher tax bracket than from other provinces so the amount the feds collect is higher from Alberta but that does not mean everyone in Alberta is facing financial survvival issues. In fact in order to pay at a higher tax bracket you have to earn more so your financial health would be better than people from other provinces. Oh, and by the way isn't it true there is no sales tax in Alberta that people in most other provinces have to pay so Albertan's pay less in other taxes.

And equalization comes from tax revenue, collected from all Canadians again at the same tax rates. There is no additional equalization tax that Albertans or businesses pay.

So you claim that westerners are facing financial survival issues unless they seperate when in fact they have higher incomes than any eastern provinces really falls flat!

It’s unbelievable how some still support this as it is
It’s sickening how much Quebec bleeds off the rest of the country

dml, equalization is gamed on two fronts.

One is whats included in the revenue calcs. Hydro out, oil in.

Secondly its rigged socialism vs capitalism. Quebec and maritimes govt taxes hard and delivers govt programs to the people and then relys on the feds to provide bailouts and cash injections to its private sector thus raising its taxable income base.

AB relys on lower taxation to incentivize investment into its capital intensive industry - energy and then has to use more private services for its people and the by product is a less taxed populace.

Maybe when Lougheed signed Ab on, there was more intent for the govt to play a role in oil extraction. back then Petrocanada was around and Syncude was given a lot of money to get the sands going. But a couple oil crashes later changed all that.

Ab can tip it all back away from Quebec by changing its entire economic ideology by creating made in AB investment vehicles for its people and main industry but in doing so Ab may have to abandon its capitalistic nature to cut Quebec off at the knees.

Is it not simply an overtaxed area that results in lower incomes feeding off others ? ....... hmmmm .
                                Coming to the west soon
Except there is no where else to feed from ...
