      So when do we expect that to come down to where we want it?
      How much can we pay to make it rain when and where we want.
      I kind of like a Mediterranean climate about 25C tops in summer and about 15C in winter.
      Should be able to buy that if we pay enough taxes till say 2050.
      Might have to send money for a few year till we see results?
