How about 6 frosts since May 15th ?
More than a particular weather event

Too bad for those who suffered crop damage. But I doubt that damage will be significant. Not much you can do about it is there?

We still live in a continental climate where temperature variability is high. That will not change. In fact there is evidence that weather extremes are increasing in frequency as the climate changes.

There is absolute evidence that growing seasons are shorter not longer in many areas of western Canada the past 4-5 years
You know it , just look at the past 3 falls in this area and others .... fact not hypothetical b/s

Dont waste your breath furrow. Chucks brain cells are cooked obviously. Anyone with real skin in the game knows exactly whats up with the real climate.

The climate cult are just a marxist political agenda so dont expect to change their minds on anything.

Could it be that Chuck's mom is trying to force him out of the basement and into the real world by turning up the furnace or turning off the AC making his carpet farm uncomfortably warm?
He interprets this as undeniable proof of global warming, installing Fisher Price solar panels to fight the Climate emergency instead of taking the not so subtle hint.
Kind of like how he manages to miss the subtle hints of being told to **** off on Agriville every day.

11 cold records broke last night in Sask.
You would think after 30 years of global warming you would soon stop breaking cold records and start breaking a few hot records. Never seems to happen!

CTV news at noon stated, Regina reached a low of 0.6'C this morning,,,

Has to have froze out in the country especially low lying areas.

All of Regina is low lying. Didnt see any frost on anything but she got real close. The sun came up pretty fast when the temp dipped so hopefully the damage was minimal.

Logic and the climate cult are diametrically opposed. If canda is warming twice as fast as everywhere else that would mean we would be making higher highs ever summer. Still havent taken out the heat records from the 80s and 30s.

Also a high of 37.? In 1897 or so, I wasn’t paying real close attention, but it’s funny that most of the records for high and lows are around a hundred years old....

More facts that go easily ignored by the climate cult.

Some of you rocket surgeons must have missed science class and math class.

In order to look at climate you need many years of weather data from multiple locations to compare. And climate isn't just what happens during the growing season.

This year we have already had record breaking dryness, record breaking spring heat a few weeks ago and now record breaking low temperatures.

So which one of those record breaking events is confirmation of long term climate change or no long term climate change?

The answer is none of the above. But don't let that stop you from telling us that frost in June is a sure sign that human caused climate change is not happening.

Here is some reading on the subject:

                                Canada in a Changing Climate

Chapter 4, Prairie Provinces Regional Perspectives Report

"Recent extreme weather events in the Prairie provinces―including flooding, drought and wildfire―have been the costliest natural disasters in Canadian history. This includes record dry months and historically high water levels. An increased frequency and severity of extreme weather events will be superimposed upon a more gradual change in average conditions, requiring adaptation to prepare for a wider range of weather conditions and to shifts in the distribution of water resources. Ultimately, water shortages would be the most damaging, resulting in social and environmental impacts, along with economic losses from lost productivity in the agriculture, forestry, energy and mining sectors (i.e., extraction of oil sands and solution potash mining)."
