That would be the Honorable Terry our local MLA. Much better gig than making 1000lb batches of shish. He also had a super catering business and steaks for 500+ were always super good and consistent.

So glad you enjoyed it caseih! I want to put in a plug if I may. We make two flavours of meatballs. Garam massala, and rosemary garlic. They are my favorite product we make hands down, like they are so good, (we make tzaziki sauce and it is incredible drizzled on top of rice or noodles), but they don’t really fit into a bbq theme. I think for winter we may try and do a cold weather box. Stuff you can cook indoors, slo cooker meals, meatballs, racks, shanks, leg roast, shoulder steaks, etc. So be watching for that perhaps…

In our stores and with restaurants, I was so sure the meatballs were going to fly off the shelf, but I think we have the package size a bit too big for our target consumers. Most people buying lamb are young couples and small family units. Not everyone is a family of four plus. The Granary bought some and plan to try them out, but haven’t fit them into the menu yet. Back to the drawing board…

I really appreciate the kind words and interest by you all. It’s really cool. Thanks so much. You folks know more about what we do than most of our neighbors. I think they think we are nuts. Lol

        They’d be right.
