Spraying 2nd pass on my last field today. Crop is a bit thin from multiple frosts and flea beetle pressure, Oh what a year, canola crops will definitely be short this year the buyers will be lined up to grab whatever they can before prices start to climb already basis for fall is looking pretty good. I was going to post pictures but my Android phone doesn't seem to work for this site.

Post if you have a awesome crop, great crop, average crop, below average or fu king ugly. It’s not bragging it’s reality. Last year we had a dip
shit on the news telling us all how big the. crop was and he never once looked at a fu king field. So post I have 1/3 ok 1/3 not so good to ugly and 1/3 average so not a bin builder year or even a bag buying year. Rain south like a line holding it back south of the valley.

Jazz
Seeing the same thing here...lots of patchy canola fields that should have had good germination after being seeded early and getting a adequate rain to germinate. More noticeable on lentil stubble as well.
Solo/imi residual??????
That happened a few years ago and heard rumours BASF had to shell out for some claims....

7-9 tenths here this afternoon. Canola on lentil stubble showing chemical damage as is durum seeded on same stubble on lighter soil areas. Durum seeded on canola stubble doing the best. Lentils all over the map. Early doing the best but short and starting to flower. Frost damage in canola and barley but should recover with rain event now. Crops have a long way to the finish line. Hopefully forecast heat produces some thunderstorms
