    Next Year

This year is a write off. What if next year is not any better? What are the implications for food supply? Are we going to pay for living hand to mouth and on time delivery ? I am contemplating trimming investments. This may have bigger implications for our economy and the world economy.

Maybe that's what Satan Klaus was referring to when he said "we must prepare for an angrier world". https://justaword.tv/wef-founder-must-prepare-for-an-angrier-world/ https://justaword.tv/wef-founder-must-prepare-for-an-angrier-world/

Implications coming in the next 6 moths to a year will be hard for some to fathom . Especially those who believe farming is easy and cheap food should be a right ..
The value of what we do as farmers and livestock producers is about to be realized and not be taken for granted or constantly condemned and ridiculed

Agree it’s food for thought but I think it will be before next year .... the cupboards are already bare in most export nations .

And some farmers may finally figure out that a hotter dryer climate won't be good for them.

Some farmers are getting irrigation in saskatchewan...4 billion to 300 farmers to grow the same crops as dryland farmers...

That will solve the problem unless you realize 35 degree heat does the same thing to irrigated dryland crops as dryland crops.

Yup close to 5 billion in irrigation in saskatchewan and there isn't actually enough vegetables grown under irrigation to feed the city of Swift Current.

But the problem is solved according to phucktards like Marit Stewart Moe.

Not sure , those wheels were set in motion long before this drought and other food production issues in other countries.

What happens now will depend on government follow through on UN 2030 ..... the table is set

The globalists have stated that farmers are too stupid to make farming decisions. Higher food prices will give them the opportunity they so desire to implement the agenda to centralize all decision making. "Let no crisis go to waste!"

It’s a pretty big world... yes it’s dry on the prairies this year but we don’t quite feed the entire population of the world.

I dont think anybody is gonna notice this year. Transportation of food around the world has gotten just too easy. Would take multiple years of shortages and the reality is that the first ones to go hungry are the poorest countries in the world that we never hear about anyhow. There are still good crops out there, 20 miles from here there is a bumper crop, here we are in big trouble. The laws of averages will kick in.

Also as the price of raw ag product doubles, what is the impact to consumers? 10% to their food budget? I bet it's not even that high.
