Nothing at Edmonton for over a month. More days over 28 than under last month. Sprayed some fungicide on irrigated barley, might do 75. No irrigation - 10 but very light soil.

Talked to a friend that was right under a big yellow, then red blob, on the radar last night.

They got jack sh*t,,, the radar displays are absolute BS this year. Other years you'd get a couple tenths if you were under "dark green," this year yellow means nothing, and red, maybe a tenth.

We were right under the purple blob 2 times last night and got just over 1/2 inch. It might hold things for a few days but thats about it.

Yes radar and weather coverage should be Canada wide. You would think with all the concerns about climate change you would think it would be a priority to upgrade monitoring storms and adverse weather. It would make more sense spending carbon tax money on radar instead they gave it to Sobeys for new fridges.

What a nasty storm. Have crops that look like they have been hit with a rotary mower. Damn they were nice crops too as we have been lucky with the rain this year.😭😭😭
