Camping Crooked Lake, Watched radar yesterday, saw exactly that, the rain in valley and S. Rain was training in a line along valley. Not a lot, 1/2 INCH

A lot of canola in a huge area fields from Kindersly to Saskatoon to Blaine Lake to the Battlefords to Glaslyn to Edam areas ...

Not just a few isolated pockets ...

Obviously not hard to see that is closer to zero than even 20 bpa

I have had a number of people reassure me that Northern Saskatchewan is doing much better than the central or southern. Everything I have seen on this site indicates that is wrong. And our travels as far north as the Battlefords looked just as bad as everything we had seen south of there.

Are there pockets of good crops in the north?

The precipitation map doesn't indicate any bright spots:

A5 , things were better in pockets here but as time went on most are in the same shape as areas south now

There are pockets of good in the northeast, but they are small and far between. Furrows pics are crazy. There is nothing anything like that anywhere around here.
