I asked that question live on the code of conduct webinar and explained that DU is a land aggregator using taxpayer money...they couldn't answer or understand.

Here in Ontario, environmental extremists are setting the policy framework for the re-wilding of productive farmland.

Here in sask. we allow them to buy the land, put on a restraining order and resell it. This goes on forever. Alta. limits them to 10 years. Low spots in Alta. can be leased by Alus but not locked up in perpetuity.
