    Why not open it up for everyone until December....They don't look at the forms until next year anyway. They should use crop insurance prices and then compare them with today's and do the potential losses. Thats the real number as to what farms are losing..

    Although if there was a crop ...wheat and durum wouldn't be at these lofty levels.
