Why not open it up for everyone until December....They don't look at the forms until next year anyway. They should use crop insurance prices and then compare them with today's and do the potential losses. Thats the real number as to what farms are losing..

Although if there was a crop ...wheat and durum wouldn't be at these lofty levels.

Farmers with any amount of unsold grain as of December 31, 2020 will most likely not qualify for agrastability. Old crop sold in 2021 will be calculated for the price sold minus what the ending value as of December 31, 2020 and that number will show as 2021 income.

I’m sure glad I dropped out of this program years ago, with 80% crop insurance Agrisilly will never pay out.
