Had a light shower on the weekend but rained hard overnight, 1.4 inches and just started raining again. Hopefully will grow some grass for fall grazing. Combining will certainly be a little more challenging now. As others have said brings back memories of 2002, finished combining in middle of November that year.

Just about 2 inches east of Regina. Trying real hard to like the rain but it definitely came at the wrong time.

                Well you should like it
We are 80+ days here without a rain that would do anything
The NE will be done harvest soon
But if we don’t get any we will not be seeding next year

So I need 5 inches till freeze up to refill the tank. Were three away from that goal as this was a slow soaker. Not good for crop out but builder for 2022. Two months till freeze up so who knows.

I would gladly send you some Case if I had the opportunity. No rain is no fun but struggling to get your crop off with the forecast we have may be a challenge. No two places the same.

2/10", the rains coming from S all season barely get this far N. They stop at sheep's. Been same all my career, a blocking high N of us or icebox HB. The "system" forecast today is more common over the years, from W, and COLD highs of 10-14C! + 6 low.

Went up to Nipawin yesterday. Raining hard at home most of the afternoon into the evening, lighter as we went north, petered out around Rose Valley. Combines rolling Tisdale north. Nothing being done here for many days, and none will happen for many days. Forecast looks like a couple sunny days, a day of rain, rinse and repeat. It’s very wet here now. Running out to the gage to have a look.

Still have some hay to do and greenfeed etc. It I what it is, but…

Edit to add. 8/10 yesterday for a total of 1 4/10.
