Now that we are on the eve of harvest season, more rain will fall than fell all growing season as it normally does here east of Edmonton. We are now into the second inch this go around and will likely get one more before this ends. Tried swathed canola late Saturday afternoon and was 11.5 and 12.8%. Now losing yield due to too much rain as the thin swaths will be hard to pick up after this.
