      Otoole was in Kaybec yesterday on french CBC.
      They just repeatedly asked him if they were going to get the 6 billion Treadau promised for childcare.
      They already have taxpayer subsidized childcare so the 6 billion is just a freebie.
      Will we hear that on MSM?

              Mcleans sometimes seems like they don't get the subsidy money.
