Blue surgical face masks are only 10% effective in preventing COVID infection

Does 10% effectiveness equate to masks work? If your new combine only ran 10% of the time would you consider that working or better than nothing? Would you accept that as answer from your dealer?

Sounds much like the vaccines work, supposedly 98% but really its 42% and dropping.

A better analogy might be a condom that is 10% effective.
Think about that, and the consequences.
