Tracks were disappearing long before the useless board was gone. That ones on CN. Lost a lot of miles in our area.

Bahaha
You made rhe comment about saving and new farms. Since 2012
The exodus of farms has been massive has nothing
The main reasons are way more important than rhe
Cwb there or not no programs increased freight
If you don’t like wheat just don’t grow it lots of other crops
The main issue he destroyed rhe programs and were
Fuuked now sitting here wondering what to do with
A provincial dudd that doesn’t earn our vote either.
Ooooooh scarey ndp scarey liberals. Lmao
Not promoting it but do you understand with
A canola board last year we likely would have had
5 to 6 bucks????
Cwb was a minor factor in saving farms.

Being a northern producer with no practical means to ship south; neighbour did haul wheat to USA in the bad old days and after all the buy back bs and freight he was $1 better. Kinda a unique situation at the time where it had some ergot but protein off the chart. It’s only been 9 years since the thing’s been gone. We are still in transition and fumbling our way to a post cwb west. Like communism’s 70 year grip on Eastern Europe, you just don’t change overnight. Heck Russia’s still a mess while east Germany is a powerhouse. It’s a testament to proper transition and mindset of the people. That is where Ritz messed up. Could have foreseen problems with transparency.

Getting rid of the CWB was all Closet Boy Harper's doing. Harpo had his sights on the CWB way back when he was president of the National Citizen Coalition.
Gerry Ritz Cracker just happened to be the Ag minister that followed the boss's instructions. Cracker was nothing more than the mouth piece.
Ask yourself how a failed ostrich farmer could manage anything other than fill his fat face at the public trough.
Gerry did nothing for Western Canadian farmers other than gut Ag programs, with very little to no opposition from Western Canadian farmers.
You guys can take down your Ritz Cracker posters from your bedroom walls.

Elevators and railways have been cooperating to reduce delivery points long before the end of the CWB, that is true, but does anybody have any empirical, non cherry-picked data that proves farmers are better off without the CWB? The extra basis over and above reasonable costs in all but 2 of the last 9 years would seem to be proof that we are not.

EVERY year has been way better without the crooked bastards at the CWB skimming $$$ from sales of WESTERN Canadian farmers grain!!!!
Just being able to sell as much wheat or malt barley when the FARMER chooses to (or needs to for cash flow) is worth having the CWB gone!!!
Can sit on a couple years grain and when the price jumps can dump it all in a couple days with a phone call or two.
And get a cheque for the FULL amount in minutes to a week.
Now to get rid of the CBC and get some fair balanced reporting out of the other networks!!!
The western producer is down to about 4 pages of interesting unbiased information and I can NOT believe an editor let such pro Liberal drivel be published during an election in w Western Canadian farm paper!!
Do they truly have no idea that their readers/subscribers are 80% right wing CPC even though it seems they have 90% Commie left wing wacko's that dominate the letters to the editor!!!
