The people are don’t take for granted the
Awesome opportunity to vote. People gave
All so that we have this privilege.

It’s troubling to hear people so negative
All the time about the system we have.
There are those implanting or trying to
Fool us into thinking one person should be
The answer that’s not the case.

If your not liking how it’s going for you
Politically get involved get your party
To change. No matter who wins today
It isn’t as bad as the doomsday sayers
Are trying to make it out to be.

Personally I dont compare my country to lower tier countries. I used the standard of what could be and Canada is the perpetual under achiever because its cursed with regional infighting. And that has gone into overdrive in the past 6 yrs.

A country with literally 10s of trillions in resources chooses to have one of the highest debt to GDP ratios on the planet. Thats a fail where I come from.

Candidates and parties are only as good as we allow
Them to be. Case in point Saskatchewan nearly every
Poster has admitted the Saskparty has done some things

Opposition parties in sask. Hmmm. What opposition? Unless the sask party really trips on their dick why in gods name would anyone vote for cryin Ryan. Politics and society has become polarized and a middle of the road alternative to the middle of the road govt doesn’t exist like it did. You’re either a bible thumper or a commie when voting. People chastise O’Toole for being a red Tory but he’s no redder than Mulroney or any of the old PC party. The ppc and maverick is the result of the shedding of the reformers from the cpc as it shifts to the centre. Far as I’m concerned they may as well to punt Trudeau. I’m sticking with cpc as that is the reality and the need presently. If for whatever reason a conservative govt sticks the west in the eye which probably will happen then watch out. That’ll be the unity crisis as the youngest population is in the west and they’re more apt to be more active than the aging east.
