The article confirms a record hot summer in the norther hemisphere. So are you going to to deny and down play it further?

When records are broken by a wide margin over a very big area or multiple regions its very difficult to say that this is nothing unusual or it happened before. Records typically mean that they haven't happened before.

And what does a colder than normal antarctic winter say about GLOBAL climate change?

Why not ask a climate scientist instead of drawing amateur conclusions?

As we have discussed before, climate is measured over decades.

I would say 1981 was also a fall like this on Halloween we were doing drink and tricks in t-shirts. Yea it's been an interesting summer but nothing special. 1988 it didn't rain and in 1961 it didn't rain all year.

We needed a fall like this ,to get stuff done.it is so nice. Beautiful, give me another month . it can snow 6 feet in March. It is dry for sure.
Digging rock , at 7 ft. You might find a hint if moisture under a large Boulder.
This is Saskatchewan remember ,except the heat this summer, this is normal.
It will be bone dry until it is not.
It might rain next year , maybe not for 3 -5 years, personally I do not think I would be locking in rent at 120$ acre.
But I have been wrong a lot.
