Why not ask Steven Harper and Jason Kenney to explain why Alberta has paid so much in federal taxes and not received an equal amount of federal transfers? They were in power long enough to bring it up and fix it if it was such a big problem.

The simple explanation is Alberta is richer per capita and has more fiscal capacity than most other provinces for a long time primarily because of the luck of sitting on very large and lucrative oil reserves.

Whether your numbers are accurate or not, the reality is Alberta has still had a big advantage over other provinces when it comes to paying for provincial programs. And Albert still receives some federal transfers.

Most provinces would like to have Alberta's advantage of being too rich! Its such a big problem! LOL

Sask was last a have not province during the Calvert Romanow years - late 90s to early 2000s. When the entire world economy was going gangbusters, we got our little pathetic welfare cheque from the feds and were supposed to be happy.

Now the Sask economy is so resilient it can take an oil shock, a potash shock, an ag shock and a covid shock in the same year and still not trigger the formula for payout.

I don't have a horse in this race, except I am concerned that if you keep spreading fake news about Ivermectin, it may not be available for its on-label use for our cattle, because your misinformation campaign may result in it being over regulated or even banned for its intended uses.
