Some where along the way farmers have lost their way. Many are about me myself and I. The sense of working for the common good has been lost. Perhaps it is the ever decreasing numbers or the infection of extreme feelings of freedom only being obtained by ignoring the whole group. How could anyone represent such a diverse group.

Honest question, is Europe filled with smug jerkoffs? I mean these retards are in the middle of an energy shortage now importing raw timber to burn from Ukraine and talking about getting off oil and gas. They have shut in fertilizer production because its too expensive. I mean whats next - famine?

If this is our representation, I would rather be ignored.

Suggestion for wheel and others. Dont look somewhere else for solutions especially our politicians. Is gouging happening, probably. And not a thing we can do about it.

If you think this is gouging now, wait until Liberals get into the regulation of this industry. You will think a 25% increase in Liberty is heaven compared to that.

Hell will freeze over before you satisfy the perennial complainers on this site who don't realize how lucky they are to be farming and living in Canada.

It seems like there are a lot of very unhappy and unsatisfied with their life types on Agriville that are in a permanent hyper state of agitation and discontent about many things. Perhaps the stress of farming is getting to them?

Hey skippy junior if I didn't have the farm that I love and Saskatchewan summers I wouldn't set foot in this ****ing country. It's idiots with ideas like you have that are destroying our way of life. You got your dad's farm and ****ed it up and now want everyone to be at your level. Why award ****ups were not all equal some work and some preach. Guys like you go to meetings and tell us all how it should be. Well, maybe most farmers don't want what you're selling. Have a great day.

Agreed farmers as a group need good representation. I see all these different groups and check offs and everytime I read one of their newsletters the entire thing is worded what they are trying to do and justify their existence but never any results. Seems like a waste of money. We need a lobby group to represent all ag on government policy. Not sure we need to be commodity specific. Ag policy, commerce, right to repair etc benefit us all.

As for input pricing, that is just the free market, leave it alone like it or not. As a group we want to sell our product where and when and for how much we can get, should other industry not have the same right? Remember our production is the processing industry's input cost. If the flour mill starts asking for a cap on wheat prices do you still support that? Or a limit on exports at potential higher prices until domestic needs are satisfied? It takes time but will find a balance.

I agree with GDR but on Fertilizer they jack up the anhydrous right now so that Canadians cant buy products. Anhydrous is needed so they can produce 46 and ship it to the USA. So Canadian farmers are getting ****ed because they want to make out like bandits on USA producers' backs.
