Any society that can pay its bills is a true nation. Sorry Quebec.

Sask has the lowest debt to gdp in the country. I would say thats pretty distinct.

So long as Sask doesnt put the NDP back in, its qualifies for whatever autonomy it seeks.

Mason can wallow in the province with the largest sub sovereign debt in the world.

Does your RM have enough resources to survive on it's own?maybe some RMs should tell Scott Moe they want to become their own nation.

The Globe and Mail knows there is no problem with a little discontent in the west.

Just a small population of party faithful. Same ole Knuckle Dragging Rednecks. No concern as their votes mean nothing anyway.

Thats what it said isn't it Chuck.
How did you read it Forage?

I see yesterday at COP26 we pledged to have all heavy trucks carbon free in 20 years.
            Also carbon free export routes.
19 countries of the 197 that were there signed.
Maybe the 178 countries that didn't sign thought that might make them non competitive in thier exports.
            Who needs exports?
When you add must be carbon free shipping as a rider on the contract buyers might make other arrangements?

Its called the internet. You have heard of the internet? You can get news and opinion from many sources and points of view with just a click of the button.

In this case its the Globe and Mail. The paper that once endorsed Steve Harper as the best choice for Prime minister.
