While Trudeau didn’t name China specifically, he said Canada can’t compete with some countries when it comes to the low cost of production, because those other nations “don’t care” about environmental or labour standards.

His solution to the problem is everybody raise taxes or a reset in economic policy but that was roundly rejected at both recent world conferences he pitched it at.
Sure he got a progressive vote but other leaders arn't willing to sacrifice thier economy.
