Nope , but before panic hits the media , a look back at patterns tells a story

Hopefully they do not get worse in times no doubt but before people only get the 1/2 of the story blaming recent events from the lame stream media , it’s always good to look back in history to get a real sense of “catastrophic” events .

So that begs the question are these events increasing and if they are what if anything can we do?

Much like drought cycles , California had a current dry spell , as did many other areas . Media made it sound like worst in history .... well ....

Depending on the definition of history .....

So the worst flooding and droughts occurred before the fossil fuel age ...... media conveniently leave those facts out . Great scare tactics though

Well that means we are f th no matter what we do. That is a terrible scenario.

Just saying it is what it is what it is .
civilization lived through worse events before

I would be more concerned about the next major volcanic eruption like the one in the late 1800’s that nearly wiped out all crops for 2 years in most of the northern hemisphere and a huge amount of populations in certain areas .

Somethings are out of our control . Unlike man made viruses 🦠...... which is proving problematic. Shortages of nearly everything and massive inflation stem from that virus , and we are only in the midsts of it now . There was something that could have been done ... like not allow research into modification of viruses into bio weapons in the first place .

Fun times , enjoy life and take advantage of it when you can . Alarmism is media’s best tool

I dont think we get atmospheric rivers here.

A cloud burst delivering a inch of rain, hitting some of our land, i call a god send.

Atmospheric River is just more use of terminology to create panic and concern in the general populace about weather. No different than using the widely adapted term climate emergency. Fear equals control!
