Looks like a break in the weather coming here.
Be welcome for everyone but especialy the guys with livestock.
Cows will be out sunning themselves melting the ice off thier backs.
Snow is getting deep here. Was in town last week and the streets are getting narrow with all the show banks the grader has built up.
But the days are getting noticably longer now. Look forward to that.

It always amazes me that the cows can have snow blankets on their backs, icicles hanging off their bellies and stand there content chewing their cud in the coldest winter weather.
But it's the damp, around freezing temps that makes them miserable.. and discontent. A wet back is cold back.

The only reason Alberta and Saskatchewan have carbon taxes is because there are too many liberals on the Supreme Court
Do you actually believe Sask needs a carbon tax ???? And our competitors don’t ?
It’s a *** liberal tax FFS

So how is that "liberal" judges would be responsible for a Conservative provincial carbon tax? LOL
The Supreme court judges didn't say a carbon tax was good or bad, just that it was within the constitutional rights of federal government to impose a federal carbon tax or equivalent.
Ask Erin Oh tool why he supports a carbon tax? Or Preston Manning?
The carbon tax is just another tool to reduce carbon emissions. But of course the flat earthers don't believe that carbon emissions are a problem.
Federal government is now offering some carbon tax relief for farmers.
Farmers are asking to get paid for carbon sequestration and then say they there is no problem with emissions? How does that work?Last edited by chuckChuck; Jan 10, 2022, 11:24.

I'm a proud denier of AGW. I'm in good company historically. I'm with those whackos who thought the earth revolved around the sun and the dipshits who said the world was round.
What the glowbull warming crowd doesn't understand is that science - real science - is never based on consensus. Theories are never absolutely PROVEN, only disproven. That implies that real scientists actively look for evidence contrary to the prevailing theories of their time. That doesn't automatically mean that the consensus theories are always wrong but it absolutely means that you have to consider that possibility.

Be happy, LIVE, it's a short life, lots more important stuff, don't need the stress of useless ineffective CHANGE!
Using current resources to come up with better ideas for the future, well that is unacceptable for a generation that has everything. Its not too expensive to be feasible, greed and selfishness is the problem. It's true for all of us, because why change if no one else will.
Nothing will change till its way too late. We get to see the effects of climate change, and like deer in the headlights we see the lights but just keep walking. Some even swear they're not lights while staring right at them.
