Star’s Ambulance Fund Raiser

Today Stars received $1,000,000 after a custom built 1968 Ford 427 Mustang Fastback was sold at the Barrett-Jackson car auction. This project car was developed to raise money for Stars after the Humboldt Bronco crash. I would like to salute everyone involved with this project ,to raise money for such a good cause.

Way to go to all who championed this cause. What a great asset this is for rural Sask. Our turn to use it was a year ago, thankfully all turned out well. Neighbours have used it twice, once for the father, 10 years later for the son. Both of them are still with us. Beautiful car.

Congratulations to everyone on this small victory! I am glad that there are still people who are ready to invest in raising funds for a good cause. Many settlements in the world face the problem of the lack of ambulances. But every year, thanks to the kind people and the authorities' work, there are fewer of them.
