The sad part is, none of these "freedom fighters" have even considered an exit strategy of the protest. Cops are still being paid every day they babysit these truckers while truckers aren't. And as those cops sit on the side of the road, pulled away from those their own families all because of those truckers they are thinking of how nice it will be to pull these guys over after this blockade ends. None of these "truckers" can see past the present and have thought about what this will cost them in the long run.

And insult me all you want, Who cares. It makes no difference. I was simply responding to Jazz's claim that the truck protest is the best ever because the truckers have it so easy. Protesting maybe, but the potential fallout after that these "freedom fighters" are done and which they have likely not even considered makes it one of the dumbest protests.

Something when your politics somewhat align with those doing illegal things and you give them a pass but others not in your camp you want them jailed, shot, or left to die in their pissy diapers. The Coutts blockade is nuts is all I can say. It has more Alberta issues which I am not in the know of so I have no opinion nor will I run my mouth off neither. Justly so, the ones critical of it I have a good idea do not all reside in Alberta and should maybe look into it a bit more before they have an opinion. Personally right or wrong I fear this protest is going to cause the rcmp to do something for lack of a better word stupid and heavy handed in the public eye. They are not beyond f ing up a free lunch as judged by Mayerthorpe or the Dajenais incident at Spiritwood. It is increasingly becoming an untenable situation. This one has me worried for the safety of fellow farmers and westerners, and the eroding credibility of the rcmp.

You also assume that law enforcement will remain on the pro government side, against unarmed civilians.
You also assume that this isn't growing by the day, and that your blacklist won't eventually be longer than the list of those not involved.
Thanks to the assinine policies that have driven truckers to this point, there was already a shortage of trucks and drivers. Implementing your revenge policies will only make that worse. They couldn't have acted at a better time. Almost as if the government handed them this opportunity on a silver platter.

I'm still trying to arrange trucking, and they have plenty of cultivators there already. https://twitter.com/i/status/1489046017051803648
Their a fine bunch.
Sending threating texts to the Mayor of Coutts and his wife, not to mention actually going to his house.
Blocking the Coutts border crossing on the weekend which effected the 1200 trucks that pass through there daily not to mention the stress they caused on the Employed Truckers.
Now the so call unemployed Trucks and their Groupies are blocking the highway at Milk River.
And of coarse there's the residents of Coutts and now Milk River who's daily routines have been disrupted.
So maybe these are a few things to take into consideration before going all in AB5
