as are you, that every trucker is unarmed, that the 90% of truckers who are vaccinated support these guys, that this protest will continue to grow to the point that more people will eventually support this blockade than oppose it. Has never happened in any protest blockade, is not happening in Ottawa and public backlash is growing everywhere. Cross border truck traffic is only down 4% across Canada since mandate went into effect. And even if all mandates were lifted in Canada this would not open the border to cross border unvaccinated travel as US still restricts non vaccinated movement of everyone so entire protest is meaningless.

You either believe in democracy with all its faults or anarchy where a small number of people disrupt the lives and livelihoods of others. This protest is anarchy exactly the same as rail blockades, BLM, and the Jan 6 riot. Level of damage does not define anarchy.

Anyone who supports the blockade at Coutts and the "convoy" occupying Ottawa which demands a government resign and they will make the laws and govern.

So why weren't you posting regularly to condemn the previous riots and blockades, yet you come out specifically to condemn this one.

This is the first protest in which anarchists truly threaten democracy in Canada. That is why I am posting now. I had no intention of ever seriously posting on Agriville again because I truly think this forum as degenerated into a childish bitch fest. But when fellow farmers are supporting anarchists who basically demand Canadian be changed or they can freely disrupt lives and livelyhoods, I will stand up for democracy over anarchy everyday of the week. I will support a democratically elected party whose platform I do not agree with personally over anarchists holding a country hostage, even if I agree with some of their points like some of the ridiculous mandates.

I know in a max of 4 years I have the opportunity to change government. I know I have the freedom everyday to express my views freely in a democracy. I have been in over 40 countries, many of which their citizens do not have close to the freedoms we have here. I would much rather live in a faulty democracy like Canada than one led by a self imposed taliban like organization.

I have witnessed first hand life under milatary dictatorship, under socialism and under communisms and while these terms are thrown out continually on this site, I can tell you from experience most of those on this forum are spewing BS when they scream about Canada being communist or a dictatorship.
