Wont matter, the US side is blocked now too by US truckers in solidarity. I agree with flea, people arent blocked from getting in, they have a choice use another crossing. Same logic as vaccines.

Who sent the SWAT team? Justin or Jason.

A few canadians are thinking of maybe coming back, because hospitals in the Mesa area are fairly full. Concerned about care if they happen to get sick, being a Canadian. Now the question is, is it your friends or my friends and family , which one are bullshitting? I know your answer, it's mine.

Is this just a rumor about the SWAT team? Or any truth to this? And if so, is it still possible to join? Or do they have it blocked off? I was thinking of picking up Chuck and heading down to show our solidarity.

I am wondering how long it will take the RCMP to realize that they too will be in the crosshairs of all of this if they do the bidding for the government. It is the most peaceful protest in a long while. What gives?

convoyreports.com Latest is that RCMP are currently negotiating with the truckers so thankfully no guns blazing. At least not yet anyways. As far as I can piece together mostly the police have been supportive of the truckers so far but it is disturbing to see numerous police vehicle coming down the road together.

If they don't like them there, just wait until the last possible second, and then leave and move to another border crossing....still sends the message they are trying to get across. Would literally only take them a matter of hours to move to the next border crossing.

Mesa county Current hospitalization for covid is 55, I doubt that would be considered overwhelmingly full.

I did some reading, and no one is allowed in or out right now, so joining them isn't an option.

What about farm equipment? I've never been through Coutts, is it farmland on all sides? Could bona-fide farmers drive tractors etc across the fields and get right up to the parking lot? To bulk up the numbers and block any access to tow trucks if it goes that far? Bring in food, fuel and supplies.

you could... I wouldn't like the repercussions on that one however.

Perhaps if they claimed to be "irregular immigrants" it would tie up the RCMP with baggage handling and the such?
