You might have been correct, and it might have even stayed that way, had not our buffoon of a PM incited hatred towards them, belittled and marginalized all blue collar working class types. Aided and abetted by the media slandering them, then if we add in a violent police over reaction to peaceful unarmed citizens, it becomes everyone else's fight.

I've talked to scores of people the past few days. Gauging support. The most common, almost universal responses have been:
"I'm fully vaccinated, I supported the measures, but I support the truckers, and we need to help. "
"Something has gone very wrong when law abiding, non political, keep your nose clean types such as us are supporting protest and even unlawful measures."

Trudeau himself long since escalated this far beyond any fringe anti vax movement. If he could have kept it to that group, this could have ended much differently.

If they move in with force and violence, it will become the entire working class united against the elites.

But that is very different than removing all covid measures too soon.

Wouldn't you think that with a low percentage of unvaxed the we shouldn't keep having "waves"?

Shouldn't it just be Health Suggestions?Alerts?
You're fine needing paperwork/discriminating to lead a normal life?
Shouldn't businesses be allowed to decide how to do business?
I'm sure they will all have their own rules and we will decide which ones we want to enter and support.
