Well Kenny has a statement out today about relaxing restrictions. do you honestly think this is the only point of protest right now. Lots of stuff going on behind closed doors.

So Sask and Ab lifting, Que backing off, Trudeau still in his spiderhole weaker than a child, blackface amendment voted down by his sycophant idiots in the chamber and a new CPC leader about to be chosen.

If this if failure, then bring it on.

And that has prompted more public backlash. #GoHomeTruckers is now trending in Ontario. Trucks are being pelted with eggs and paint. And you think the cops are going to help truckers now. What support the convey had is rapidly being replaced with public anger. Again, all due to no organization and no exit plans by truckers.

And the same thing will happen at Coutts. The public will have finally had enough and they will be the ones taking action against truckers in the convoy. It wont be eggs, it will be blockades of the homes and farms and business of those blocking the highway. People will say if you won't let us drive public highways why should we let your wife and kids at home drive on roads or why should we let feed or fuel trucks into your farm yards or why should we support your business or let others in to your businesses if you wont let our suppliers support us. And what will the truckers be able to do to help their wives and kids and protect their farm yards while they are miles away in the middle of some blockade. I fear the backlash will be worse than the blockades.
"The mayor of the town caught in the crosshairs of the trucker convoy protest said he’s received threats and was even paid a visit by protesters at his home Jim Willett stated"

Jim said both him and his wife received threating Texts. Classy bunch to say the least picking on an elderly man and women in a small rural town

Losing steam and public support, except for the Agrivillers keyboard "Freedom Fighters"

Yes, a 10,000 dollar fine, court costs, arrested, criminal record (at least they won't need a vax passport anymore) and a couple big wheel loaders and that border is open in an hour. Push that shit to the ditch and then charge them for littering.

The only reason it already hasn't happen? - can anyone guess?

          Can I guess?

Perhaps the loyalties of law enforcement, and the military, and and contractor they might try to hire to physically remove the equipment are all in question.

This could escalate massively if the military is called in, and they refuse to side with the government who has ridiculed and belittled them. And the RCMP are being used as a pawn in equalization negotiations between Alberta and Ottawa, they may decide it is time to take a stand. The tow truck drivers already made their stand. What contractor with a wheel loader is going to ruin the future of their business by getting involved.

I suspect that if the government was certain of the loyalties of all these groups, they would have moved in already. Keeping in mind that this is against a group of unarmed private citizens, they certainly aren't worried about violence if they act.

Then I assume the solution to the next idle no more protest or pride street rainbow painting party is a D9 too right?

            Flaming hypocrites abound.

And that is exactly where I am at in this debate. If both sides had been treated equally, I wouldn't have an issue.

This BS about emergecy vehicles is just that. I may be wrong, but as far as I know, police and fire and ambulance don't have authority to cross the border do they? Do RCMP respond to a break an enter on the US side of the border? Do Canadian ambulances routinely go and pick up US citizens to bring back to use out public health care system? Do fire departments on both sides of the border have agreements with their counterparts to help each other out, and to cross the border without delay?

Well if they drive their dumb trucks and honk for 5 days illegally blocking roads, want to overthrow the government and is organized by white Supremists - then yes.

Coutts is caught in the middle of the blockage. Cut off.

Ottawa - many neighbourhoods are impassable as trucks have run out diesel and stranded. Let alone the major routes which haven't moved in days.

If you are in the blockade and are charged and convicted no Florida holiday for you. I guess that is why Sask sends money not there. Of course donation to GoFundMe may also lead to charges if criminal activity results. Would you miss Florida trips?

Maybe you check the criminal code about fundraising for criminal activity.
