Please explain how my right to my own bodily autonomy interferes with your rights as laid out in the charter? Where does it say that I have to take a jab in order to protect you? Isn’t it up to you to take steps to protect yourself as you see fit?

Actually it does if there is a medical emergency for the protection of society. That is why there are mandatory vaccinations for school children. You may not agree with it but that is the way it is. There are numerous instances of mandatory vaccinations upheld by the courts.

So if that is in fact true, why didn't they mandate that every person has to get the shot whether they like it or not? Instead they tried to walk the fine line of what is legal by costing people time and money and claiming they have a "choice" for people that aren't vaccinated in order do anything that is normal in society? Pretty telling!
